About Me
I'm a loan officer with Diamond Lenders Group. I have a BA from CSUN. I also have a Certificate in
Real Estate in Finance and a Certificate in Real Estate in Appraisal from UCLA Extension
Most agents don't know about cap rates, gross rent multipliers, etc. I'm eligible to take the Real
Estate Broker's License exam. Don't you want an educated Realtor that knows what he is talking
about in real estate?
Background
I've always loved meeting new people. I've enjoyed
meeting new people locally and internationally. I've
travelled to 4 other continents. It was fun meeting new
people travelling around. I stayed in numerous hostels
and I met a lot of people that way!.
